Shipping
UPS and FedEx are the approved carriers of Chelsea Clock Company. Both carriers require street addresses for delivery purposes. Products are insured for safe delivery according to the value of the item purchased and is included in the shipping charge.

Product Warranties
Warranties vary by item and this information is included in the instruction booklets that accompany each product. Damage caused by a shipping carrier is not covered by warranty requiring immediate contact with the carrier so that a damage claim can be filed with the responsible carrier. Demeter & Sons provide no additional product warranties.

Returns
Returns are charged a 15% restocking fee. Customized items are not returnable.

Privacy
Demeter & Sons collects online information only for internal use and providing customer order processing to Chelsea Clock Company. Demeter & Sons website is hosted by Yahoo! Store.  Yahoo! automatically collects order information but may use this information in the aggregate. Please see Yahoo! Privacy Policy for more information.
